Full Stack Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom integrations between our platform and client systems.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong development skills, exceptional client communication, and the ability to manage multiple active integration projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom integrations between our platform and client systems
  • Develop API integrations, CSV export solutions, and two-way payroll integration implementations
  • Provide ongoing technical support for integration-related inquiries
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle

About You:

  • Customer Service: Excellent client-facing skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Project Management: Capable of managing 5-6 concurrent integration projects with varying complexity and different deadlines
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and creative solution development
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub)
  • Experience with workflow automation tools
