Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities through cold calls, personalized emails, and social media.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate product functionality to potential clients.
  • Generate interest in our products and services through the aforementioned channels.
  • Monitor social media groups/communities for leads and engage with them effectively.
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients for our sales team.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services, including demonstrations using presentation materials.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop lead generation and follow-up strategies.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals and provide regular updates.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field such as marketing or communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and tone.
  • Natural fluency and instinctive understanding of the English language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in utilizing these tools to drive sales success.
