Customer Service Representative - Business Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide after sales service support to clients, including onsite visits and remote assistance via email or phone.
  • Handle and monitor phone calls and emails from internal and external customers in a timely and definitive manner.
  • Ensure products and/or programs are implemented thoroughly to the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
  • Provide guidance to clients through phone, email or online assistance as part of our after sales service to meet customer experience/satisfaction.
  • Develop and enhance online infrastructure to monitor ageing and fulfillment for communications with inquiring clients.
  • Monitor and analyze data on the turnaround time of enrollments, servicing and investigation items to improve handling and resolution.
  • Review and analyze product/service volumes and revenues to determine business directions, strategies and action plans when necessary.
  • Design, develop, enhance, test and launch GTB products, specifically online channels for Cash Management Services when necessary.
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned by management from time to time.
  • Perform enrollment and administration setup to enable customers with their chosen e-channel platform/s.
Requirements:
  • Adequate knowledge in IT applications specific for system customization/interface.
  • May have product development/marketing experience in the field of business or banking.
