Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track shipments across multiple locations to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Prepare and process customs documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain efficient logistics processes and ensure smooth communication with carriers.
  • Build strong relationships with carriers through effective rate negotiations and contract management.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, locally or internationally.
  • Knowledge of shipping documents, including BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, and invoices.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to perform data entry and validation tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in modern software, technology, and computer systems, especially Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program, and/or licensed customs broker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (C1) and experience in client management.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Provide own computer hardware, software, and internet connection.
  • Minimum PC hardware: Windows, Intel Core i5 6th gen or above, AMD Ryzen 3 or above.
  • Internet Service: minimum speed 25 mbps, uninterrupted connection required.
  • Available HDD Space: 50 GB.
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
