Job Title: Influencer Marketing Assistant

This is a part-time remote role that involves building and maintaining relationships with influencers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with outreach and communication through various channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing influencer communications, tracking progress, and supporting operations related to influencer marketing campaigns.

Key skills required for this role include excellent written and spoken English, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in marketing or client-facing roles, and be able to work independently and proactively.

Required tools and software include email (Gmail and Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets), and comfort with communication tools (Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp).

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident on email and comfortable with short calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously and follow through consistently.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with influencer programs or influencer marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Experience with marketing operations (campaign tracking, reporting, or CRM usage).
  • Prior client-facing experience, comfortable building rapport with external partners.
Skills & Tools:
