Job Overview

The Paraplanner plays a pivotal role in supporting financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with advisors to create customized financial plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Conducting thorough research on insurance products, financial concepts, and tax strategies
  • Preparing and analyzing detailed financial needs analysis reports
  • Working closely with advisors to identify suitable investment strategies

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent mathematical abilities and comfort working with numerical data
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative when necessary
