  • Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and performance analysis to enhance content strategy and development.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to drive innovation and improvement in video content creation.">

About You:

  • ">
  • You have 2–3 years of experience in video creation, preferably in academic or informational fields, with a strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem.">
  • You are skilled in sourcing and guiding video content creators to produce engaging, platform-optimized content.">
  • You are proficient in Adobe Premiere and familiar with other editing and graphics tools.">
  • You have experience in scripting, storyboarding, producing videos, and collaborating with editors.">
  • You are data-savvy and comfortable running content experiments to improve engagement and retention.">
  • You have strong creative instincts with a passion for trends, effective titling, thumbnails, and pacing.">
