Job Title: Senior Video Content Creator

Summary:

This is a high-autonomy role requiring an elite video content creator to work with industry leaders in a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-impact short-form videos and be excited about the fast-paced landscape of creative tools and social media trends.

  • The successful candidate will lead the production of high-converting short-form videos quickly and at high quality, following established scripts and styles.
  • They will analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts, and operate with a high degree of autonomy to manage their daily workload efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will also be able to learn and master new tools and software quickly, as well as ensure every video meets exacting quality standards and perfectly matches provided instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality short-form videos per day
  • Increase performance bonus by analyzing prior video metrics to increase views and conversions
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy to manage daily workload efficiently
  • Learn and master new tools and software quickly
