The ideal candidate will lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat, taking ownership of the entire marketing journey. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a full marketing strategy, generating qualified leads from international markets, building a strong social media presence, and creating monthly content calendars.

The role requires a creative and driven individual with a strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites. Key qualifications include excellent English communication and copywriting skills, a creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space, and familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.

The recruitment process involves an initial interview with HR/Recruiter and a final interview with the client. Preferred candidates have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and can build the marketing foundation from scratch. They should be comfortable working remotely with flexible hours and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.

  • Develop and implement a full marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts
  • Set up and run paid campaigns specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers
  • Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns
