Market Management Systems (MMS) Technical Lead

This position involves leading the technical delivery of market management systems, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and supporting customer implementations across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Apply agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mastery of IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
  • Familiarity with energy markets and systems integration is a plus.
