At John Clements Recruitment Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Innovation Manager to lead our process transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data engineering, and project management.

The Business Innovation Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day planning and smooth operation of the BPI Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with stakeholders for project implementation
  • Conceptualizing project ideas and translating them into process rationalization
  • Handling process migrations and document creation/development
  • Creating tools to support efficient process migration

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Business Innovation Manager will also be involved in business process and improvement, automation and efficiency, data quality and governance, and solution implementation.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Experience in automation and business process modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data engineering, or a related field

We offer a competitive salary, transportation and communication allowance, company-paid lunch, eligibility for performance bonus, HMO with qualified dependents, and a work schedule from Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00.
