Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Central AI team in the APAC region. This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and has a strong understanding of AI technology.

About the Role:
  • Serving as the first point of contact for users and clients experiencing issues with AI technology, providing timely and effective support to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Maintaining data integrity by accurately documenting case resolution and contributing to the development of the AI knowledge base to enhance generative AI capabilities.
  • Collaborating with technology partners to resolve escalations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage, manage, and respond to support cases, chats, and phone calls from users of supported products.
  • Manage and resolve escalations with technology partners, ensuring seamless experiences for end-users.
  • Document case resolution and contribute to the development of the AI knowledge base to optimize generative AI capabilities.
  • Maintain documentation of processes including customer-facing support processes and workflows, product support workflows, UAT testing workflows, system outage protocols, and communication templates.
  • Execute operational service benchmarks such as response time, handle time, resolution time, and CSAT scores.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in product support or real estate, preferably with a background in AI technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a team player.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Planner).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel reporting/querying large datasets; or willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using generative AI tools to support and optimize support tasks and initiatives.
  • Comfort with documentation tools or willingness to learn (Confluence, as an example).
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
  • Advanced English and secondary language fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
Work Environment:

This role can be performed remotely within the APAC region, with the option to work from home or in-office depending on individual preferences.
