We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to multitask efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to tenants and colleagues by responding to incoming calls and inquiries.
- Process invoices and ensure timely submission into accounting software.
- Handle email correspondence and communicate with tenants regarding rent increases or other property-related matters.
- Arrange property viewings and coordinate with potential tenants for a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and efficiency purposes.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned by senior management.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new tools and processes.
