Office Manager Position

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to multitask efficiently.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to tenants and colleagues by responding to incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely submission into accounting software.
  • Handle email correspondence and communicate with tenants regarding rent increases or other property-related matters.
  • Arrange property viewings and coordinate with potential tenants for a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and efficiency purposes.
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned by senior management.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new tools and processes.
