Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks to support a US-based insurance company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process and manage day-to-day operations, including policy checking, certificate issuance, eligibility processing, quality control, and account audits.
Key Accountabilities
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business and its strategy.
  • Manage communications with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Team Player Qualities
  • Actively share knowledge and experience through data entry and processing.
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with colleagues and clients and with external organizations.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of 27,000-33,000 PHP per month.
  • Computer equipment, medical benefits, and additional allowances are provided.
Working Conditions
  • Work from home environment.
  • Physically able to work night shift during U.S. Hours.
  • Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No Satellite. Additional Backup Internet required.
