As a senior quality assurance leader, you will develop and implement testing strategies to ensure software reliability, performance, and scalability.

You will drive automation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor QA engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Your leadership will define best practices, elevate QA standards, and guide the team in delivering seamless products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing test plans and scenarios
  • Leading the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms
  • Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable
  • Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing
