Senior Financial Planning Assistant

Job Overview

We are a registered financial planning firm with a strong presence in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure they align with recommended asset allocation strategies.
  • Prepare recommendations for advisers on portfolio adjustments and maintain accurate records of advice.
  • Generate quarterly/annual client performance reports showcasing investment growth and opportunities.
  • Develop SMSF investment strategies tailored to clients' needs.
  • Liaise with product providers and investment platforms to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Update and maintain client Work in Progress logs and CRM tools for seamless collaboration.
  • Reconcile fees and commissions ensuring transparent financial management.
  • Foster effective communication with clients regarding administration support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Australian financial planning, preferably in portfolio management and investments.
  • Proven expertise in preparing client portfolio reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prior experience with SMSF is highly desirable but not essential.
