Job Description
  • As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating same-day deliveries across the US.

This position requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and driver agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route Optimization: You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries in assigned markets, creating efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • CXT Mastery: You must demonstrate expertise in the CXT dispatch system.
  • Customer Communication: Direct communication with customers via phone and email is essential to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with Dialpad and Zendesk, our telephone and ticketing systems, is crucial.
  • Driver Feedback: Providing direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers is vital.
  • On-Time Delivery: Achieving on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all assigned markets is imperative.
  • Market Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific market needs is necessary.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work assigned shifts with flexibility to work through shift changes as needed, including weekends and holidays, is required.
