Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring stock levels are adequately replenished.


About the Role
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that all displays are properly arranged and maintained, creating an attractive and inviting shopping experience for customers.
  • Stock Replenishment: Responsible for restocking shelves and displays with merchandise in a timely manner to prevent stockouts and maintain high sales potential.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Preferably a college graduate of any 2–4-year course or senior high school graduate with relevant job experience.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar industries is highly valued.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
