About the Role:

As a vital member of our operations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire load lifecycle.

You will be responsible for proactively communicating with customers regarding shipment status and resolving any issues that may arise.

To ensure seamless execution, you will work collaboratively with other departments to guarantee loads meet OTP and OTD targets.

In addition, you will handle Quote and Book tasks as required by your assigned customer subset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: You will maintain regular communication with customers via phone, email, or other preferred channels to keep them informed about their shipments.
  • Issue Resolution: When issues arise, you will promptly address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that loads are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Task Management: You will prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including Quotes and Books, to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with customers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Logistics Experience: You must have at least 9 months of experience working in a US logistics brokerage environment, handling shippers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure accurate information is shared with customers and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: You should possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
