Logistics Movement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Movement Specialist to manage the end-to-end movement of customer products through our network (imports and exports), ensuring timely and smooth shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shipments from PO raised to delivery, meeting customer expectations and operational KPIs.
  • Execute intermodal movements, understanding and following customer standard operating procedures (SOP) as needed.
  • Respond to customer escalations, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to solve issues quickly.
  • Maintain shipment and data metrics that meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure successful shipment lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to react quickly while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Embracing change management - short/medium and long term.
  • Experience with ERP/Microsoft Excel, PP, and Word.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Understanding when to escalate.
  • Challenge the status quo and be part of the solution.
