A dynamic individual is sought to support an executive in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing tasks based on urgency. The ideal candidate will excel in filtering and prioritizing client communications, addressing issues on behalf of the executive or assisting in problem-solving.

The responsibilities include providing administrative support, drafting and editing emails, memos, and other communications; maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of communications and tasks; organizing and preparing meetings; answering phone calls in a polite, professional manner; performing minor accounting tasks; supporting light social media posting and engagement.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Technical expertise required
  • Experience with light social media and online engagement
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting executives, including high-level calendar and email management
  • Skilled in data management, analytics, and report preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, with a strong aptitude for technology
  • Proven experience in a multi-client environment, with strong adaptability
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Independent, self-directed worker comfortable in an autonomous environment
