Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of commercial and residential properties.

The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our properties, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation of goods and personnel
  • Safety and security of cargo and passengers
  • Maintenance of vehicles
  • Route planning and delivery schedules
  • Record-keeping and documentation
  • Loading and unloading of goods
  • Communication with dispatchers and team members

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Beyond these requirements, the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
