Job Title: Park Operations Manager">

We are seeking a skilled Park Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA guidelines. This role is responsible for managing cash handling duties, including till preparation, change fund maintenance, and deposit preparations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for supervising floor managers, ensuring proper staffing levels, and managing staff management duties, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and terminating employees.

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling duties, including till preparation, change fund maintenance, and deposit preparations.
  • Staff Management: Supervise floor managers, ensure proper staffing levels, and manage staff management duties.
  • Attraction Management: Supervise the safe and efficient operation of attractions and oversee their maintenance for optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in park operations, management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership skills, ability to multitask, strong communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
