Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly and efficient service to guests in the parking and transportation domain.
  • Engage with colleagues and guests to address parking and transportation needs and concerns.
  • Respond to and resolve guest inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent
  • Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
