Job Title: IT Manager

An IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of our management information system, providing technical expertise and strategic leadership to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • This position involves leading infrastructure development and process improvement initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will conceptualize, evaluate, and implement plans to improve our information structure and requirements.
  • You will assess hardware, network, and operating system alternatives to ensure secure and reliable operations.
  • Assessing software alternatives is also a key responsibility, suggesting solutions that support business strategies.
  • You will regularly report status updates on IT Department operations and progress of new implementations.
  • Leading teams to deliver projects aligning with Foundation goals is crucial.
  • You will manage project requirements, vendor selection, and implementation to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is required.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in IT Management, preferably 4 to 6 years in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in solving software and hardware problems is essential.
Required Skills:
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent conceptual skills and good technical writing skills are also required.
