EO Command Center Software Developer Opportunity

Join a fast-growing organization in building a cutting-edge software platform that integrates AI, automation, and operational dashboards.

The EO Command Center is a software tool that will be the core of our future SaaS-enabled services and critical to our growth trajectory. We are looking for a senior-level software developer who can take ownership of the end-to-end creation of this product.

This is a high-responsibility role where you'll have the freedom and accountability to build, ship, and evolve a product that will support thousands of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full development lifecycle of the EO Command Center software (architecture, design, development, deployment, and iteration).
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while setting the standard for best practices.
  • Connect the platform with external tools and APIs.
  • Build in AI/automation layers to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with company leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Gather feedback from internal users and clients to continuously improve the platform.
  • Help recruit, mentor, and manage additional developers as the product scales.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in software development with a proven track record of building SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Next.js, Python/Django/Flask) and strong experience with cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML integration and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make key decisions, and take full ownership of deliverables.
