
Senior Appointment Setter

Join a growing team as an appointment setter for healthcare practices and other target industries. Your goal is to connect with decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental & orthodontic practices, hearing health & audiology, physical therapy & rehab clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
- Sending personalized direct messages via various platforms to generate interest.
- Qualifying prospects using our proven outreach framework.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in relevant systems.
- Maintaining accurate call records and meeting weekly appointment goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
- Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
- Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
