Main Responsibilities:

Operational Management
  • Develop and implement efficient operational systems and timelines.
  • Support key projects, partnerships, and communications initiatives.
Administrative Support
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Organize shared drives and filing systems for seamless access.
Project Coordination
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event reminders with precision.
  • Support post-event surveys, reporting, and content organization.
  • Handle member and partner onboarding, communication, and database updates.
Communication and Relationship Building
  • Provide professional support for general queries and track RSVPs for activations.
  • Compile year-end performance reports and presentation materials.
  • Develop project trackers, timelines, and checklists.
