ERP Migration Specialist

This position combines financial acumen, technical expertise, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless data migration during ERP transitions. Key responsibilities include overseeing client implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and guiding clients through system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client implementations for efficient onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and client stakeholders to define implementation plans and timelines.
  • Analyze client business processes, particularly accounting and finance workflows, and configure solutions to meet their needs.
  • Guide clients through data migration, system integration, and user training across all levels.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle.
  • Background in SaaS or technology startups.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition.
