Accounting Expert

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data critical to supporting business growth.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform detailed account reconciliations for Balance Sheet accounts.
  • Cost Tracking: Track project/job costs and ensure costs are recorded to appropriate jobs or cost codes.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to support decision making.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: Certified Public Accountant required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years progressive accounting experience.
  • GAAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP accounting.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have experience in inventory and manufacturing, real estate, or ERP systems, you may have an edge in this role.
