Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolution outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on escalations, credit issues, and performance metrics.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a leadership or coaching role.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
