Legal Intake Specialist Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to enhance case conversions through a voice-based intake system. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to guide them through the intake process and accurately capture case details.
  • Handle inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Adhere to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information using CRM tools.

You will also be responsible for managing rejections professionally, escalating qualified leads efficiently, and providing clear and timely updates on availability and performance blockers.

Key Requirements:
  • Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • Strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
