Office Administrator

We are seeking an exceptional Office Assistant who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry, and be familiar with CRM software and data management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential, with basic knowledge of web-based applications a plus.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. They will also assist the Manager with product documentation, maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
