We are seeking an outstanding Office Administration Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our accounting department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Your responsibilities will include attending to general office needs, processing payments and documents, and following up on due accounts.
You will also be responsible for verifying items billed against items ordered and received, as well as preparing sales and inventory reports.
Key Responsibilities:

- Process payments and documents, such as invoices and employee reimbursements
- Follow up on due accounts and collect payments
- Verify items billed against items ordered and received
- Maintain accurate records and prepare timely reports
Requirements:
