About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing critical support to our client by assisting with various financial and administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the onboarding process for new sales representatives, including setting up payment systems and coordinating travel.
- Handling bookkeeping, QuickBooks maintenance, billings, and invoices, as well as tracking sales commissions.
- Preparing travel itineraries and schedules.
- Carrying out general administrative duties, such as document updates, report preparation, and email management.
- Conducting web research to gather data and information for presentations and blog posts.
- Creating visual content for events, graphics, and social media platforms.
- Adapting to varying shift patterns and meeting deadlines.
Necessary Skills:
- Experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks or a similar financial background.
- Knowledge of commissions or payroll administration.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactivity and self-direction.
