Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support to global remote work-at-home analysts via various communication channels.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving IT issues involving multiple systems and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • A key responsibility will be to log tickets with clear documentation of all actions performed in near real-time.
  • The successful candidate will maintain a CSAT score of 98/100 based on user feedback and ensure that incidents are closed with proper resolution and closure information.
  • Additionally, they will perform ticket issue trend analysis to identify recurring incidents and lead efforts to determine root causes and mitigate issues to prevent reoccurrence.
Key Responsibilities

Maintaining a comprehensive technical knowledge base and documentation is crucial for this role. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with teams and escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements
