Job Overview

This is a high-impact position where you will shape data, processes, and systems to drive growth across the business.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our revenue operations team. This role requires strategic thinking, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integrations for seamless funnel tracking across sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify and deploy AI-driven tools to improve forecasting and campaign execution.
  • Create real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy and customer usage analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align systems and strategies.
  • Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
  • Produce regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and test sales and marketing automations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or business operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
  • Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with team coaching and mentorship.
  • Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and knowledge of business intelligence tools.
  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • Passionate about automation and process improvement.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a hands-on mindset.
