Proposal Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of winning proposals.

  • Develop, manage, and deliver bids, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs for infrastructure projects across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal bid reviews, provide feedback, and ensure submission readiness.
  • Manage proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
