About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support our financial planning and analysis functions. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, experience with financial modeling, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The Financial Planning and Analysis team plays a critical role in driving business decisions by providing accurate and timely financial information. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and variances, and developing insights to inform business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial data across various systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Participate in finance transformation projects to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key financial metrics.
    • Assist in the development of ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with financial software, such as Workday and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and open communication.
