Job Role and Description:

As a Finance Analyst at Denova, you will support a range of finance functions across our operations in the Philippines and the UK. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to end-to-end finance processes, including cash flow management, reporting, intercompany transactions and payroll. You'll also collaborate with the sales team to help execute outreach processes that drive client engagement. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is open solely to fresh graduates based in the Philippines. You will work on a fully-remote setup, following mid-shift hours (3 PM to 12 MN Philippine Time)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day cash flow and preparing liquidity forecasts across multiple entities
  • Support monthly payroll processes and ensure accurate financial records are maintained
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Help prepare and process intercompany invoices and payments
  • Contribute to billing cycles and budget preparation
  • Assist with currency and cash management across GBP, PHP and USD
  • Support FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities and generate regular financial reports
  • Work with the sales team to support our outbound outreach processes and help maintain outreach data
  • Maintain financial documentation and support compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
  • Support audit preparation and finance process improvements
  • Participate in ad hoc finance projects and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel familiarity with accounting tools or financial dashboards is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid team environment
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and take ownership
