
Remote Records Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-driven Records Coordinator to support our legal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing sensitive documents, coordinating with third-party providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Diligently request medical records from healthcare providers, hospitals, and custodians
- Compose and send formal requests, authorizations, and necessary forms
- Follow up via email, fax, and phone to guarantee timely retrieval
- Coordinate billing and invoicing with the accounting team
- Maintain detailed records of all outstanding requests and escalate issues as needed
- Analyze and organize incoming records for accuracy and compliance
The successful candidate will be responsible for retrieving and organizing medical records for active legal cases, ensuring every file is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Requirements- Strong experience working with confidential data portals, invoices, and reporting tools
- Prior exposure to legal, financial, or healthcare record management
- Proficiency in record retrieval processes and document management
- Laser-sharp attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in administrative support, records management, insurance claims, or related fields.
