Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support via call, email, and chat. Your primary objective is to resolve product or service issues efficiently, while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism throughout your interactions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accurately understanding customer complaints and concerns.
  • Determining the root cause of problems and selecting the most effective solution.
  • Providing clear explanations and resolutions to customers.
  • Answering questions and addressing concerns related to products and services.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues using available tools and resources.
  • Processing customer orders and purchases in a timely manner.
  • Escalating complex issues to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and updating customer information in the client database as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Senior High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of computer navigation and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
