Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This role involves driving innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology as part of a global agile team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during implementation of customer-centric solutions.
  • Co-ordinate with multiple teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services.
  • Build knowledge of products and understand how critical end-to-end processes fit together.
  • Continually seek ways to improve internal processes - Identify problems and help solve them.
  • Collect and provide customer information to assist internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing.
  • Process request forms related to both network and customer network builds.
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities and communicate them to the Sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Hands on/Lab work completed in routing and switching.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and Leadership skills for Bell Customer Interaction.
