About the Role

The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests in pool areas and gyms, as well as maintaining equipment.

This is a multifaceted role requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a valid First Aid, Basic Life Support, CPR, and AED certification, with a minimum of 1 year of work experience as a lifeguard or in a similar field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguard guests in pool and gym areas
  • Maintain pool and gym equipment
  • Ensure smooth operation of activities
Requirements
  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management (ideally)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in large scale hospitality establishments (desirable)
  • Valid certifications: First Aid, Basic Life Support, CPR, AED
  • Lifeguard certification with at least 1 year of experience in a luxury or hotel setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
