Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist

We seek an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. This dual-role position involves ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining healthy financial relationships with clients and vendors, and adhering to strict financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations
  • Manage accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues with vendors and clients
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities
  • Provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts
  • E nsure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance roles
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
