Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Career Development Specialist to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and post job ads, source candidates using databases and social media platforms, maintain and update job descriptions as necessary.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience, provide timely updates regarding application status.
  • Manage recruitment databases, assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Work closely with the team and hiring managers to understand job requirements, participate in team meetings to discuss open roles and recruitment strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in recruitment, HR or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Suite, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Requirements
  • At least 10mbps wired internet connection.
  • Backup of at least 3mbps.
  • RAM: at least 8GB.
  • Processor: at least Core i3, higher or equivalent.
  • Operating System: Windows 10, or macOS equivalent.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
