Digital Marketing Specialist

A highly skilled professional with expertise in digital marketing and technical support is required to work behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles, and be familiar with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp.
We are seeking a talented individual who can:
- Answer real-time queries from colleagues via internal chat
- Troubleshoot issues in various digital marketing tools
- Assist in high-priority tasks during critical periods
- Create educational resources and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend training or process updates
This role requires a flexible team player who can work across different schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as assigned by the business. The successful candidate will have excellent written communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to explain complex concepts simply.
