Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements, coordinate logistics for training events and site visits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

This role requires coordinating logistics for nationwide projects, requiring frequent travel to various project sites. Key responsibilities include arranging travel, managing travel documentation, and handling visa applications and foreign clearances.

  • Arrange travel for staff, ensuring compliance with DoD regulations
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, site visits, and equipment deliveries
  • Work with travel agencies, airlines, and vendors to secure cost-effective transportation and lodging
  • Manage travel documentation, itineraries, approvals, and records
  • Handle visa applications, foreign clearances, and travel authorizations
  • Support mobilization and demobilization logistics for project personnel
  • Prepare travel cost estimates and assist with tracking travel-related budgets
  • Maintain and distribute current travel policies and procedures
  • Respond to emergency travel changes, delays, or cancellations
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Business, or Administration, and at least 3 years of experience managing international travel and logistics.
