Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of cutting-edge customer solutions
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and customers to install Voice and Data services
  • Develop extensive knowledge of specific products and understand end-to-end processes
  • Continually improve internal processes and identify problems to help solve them
  • Collect and provide valuable customer information to assist internal teams
  • Process request forms related to network builds
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities and communicate them to the Sales team
Requirements

Core Competencies:

  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking
  • Experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT
  • Hands-on experience with routing and switching
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills

Complementary Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Working knowledge of PC software and Microsoft Office

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree
