Global Trading Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Trading Support Specialist to join our dynamic trading environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving success through structured prop trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain trade tracking systems in Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools like TradeZella.">
  • Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily and ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.">
  • Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately and record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy).">
  • Tag strategies for live testing consideration and organize backtest results by pair and strategy.">
  • Support prop firm challenges, track status of challenges and payouts, and maintain login credentials securely.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)">
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets">
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems">
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration">
